This starter brush holder end frame (also called a starter end cap) is the commutator-end housing that holds the carbon brushes and bearings in place on 12-volt electric starters used in Tecumseh OHV-series overhead-valve small engines. It is a direct-fit replacement for the original brush holder assembly and includes brushes and bearings. Compatible with both Tecumseh and Kohler starter applications.
