This aftermarket replacement track adjuster assembly fits select Caterpillar (Cat) D3C crawler dozers and is used to regulate and maintain proper track chain tension. The assembly uses hydraulic grease pressure and an internal recoil spring to keep the track aligned on the idler and rollers, reducing premature undercarriage wear and preventing de-tracking during grading and pushing operations. Manufactured by Paint Valley Equipment (PVE) to OEM specifications.
