The D342 is a turbocharged diesel delivering 300 flywheel horsepower, and the turbocharger cartridge is the rotating core of the turbo assembly -- the component most subject to wear from heat and oil conditions. Replacing the cartridge restores proper boost and engine performance without replacing the entire turbocharger housing.
