This 12-volt, 63-amp aftermarket replacement alternator is a Fits Delco 10SI-type, self-exciting, 1-wire unit designed for universal tractor and agricultural equipment applications. The single-wire (1-wire) hookup means only one battery connection is required -- no external regulator wiring needed. It is commonly used to replace or convert generators on older tractors and equipment where a simplified charging system is desired. Mounting kits may be required for generator-to-alternator conversions. Requires negative ground system.
