One New Aftermarket Replacement Recoil Starter Spring Fits Honda Small Engines
This recoil starter spring (also called a rewind starter spring) fits inside the pull-start recoil starter assembly on Fits Honda GX-series and GXV-series small engines. When the pull cord is released, this coil spring retracts the rope back into the starter housing. A broken or fatigued starter spring will cause the pull cord to go limp or fail to retract, preventing the engine from being started. This is a direct aftermarket replacement Fits Honda OEM part number 28442-ZH8-003 and also fits select Fits John Deere greensmowers equipped with Fits Honda engines.
