This aftermarket replacement rear crankshaft seal (rear main seal) fits the gasoline engines used in classic Fits John Deere (Fits JD) 1010 and 2010 series tractors and related equipment. The rear main seal prevents engine oil from escaping at the rear of the crankshaft, protecting the clutch and drivetrain from contamination.
