This aftermarket replacement metallic clutch disc (part number AR39128) is a Hi-Lo transmission inner clutch disc used in the transmission clutch pack of Fits John Deere tractors, backhoe loaders, and construction/industrial equipment, as well as compatible Fits Ford and Fits New Holland backhoe loaders. It provides the friction interface required for smooth Hi-Lo gear range engagement and is also used with Quad-range transmissions on select Fits John Deere tractor models.
