This stainless steel notched hex shaft is a direct replacement for the Fits John Deere meter roll hex shaft used in the seed metering system of Fits John Deere air seeder carts. The notched hex shaft drives the meter roller inside the meter cartridge, controlling the flow of seed or fertilizer from the cart to the distribution system. This shaft is designed for use with the Fits Boss 2.0 Stainless Steel Meter Housing and the Fits Boss 2.0 SC Stainless Steel Meter Housing. Stainless steel construction resists corrosion for long service life in demanding field conditions.
