This rotary-type A/C evaporator thermostatic switch is mounted in the cab interior control panel and uses an 18-inch capillary tube to sense evaporator temperature. It cycles the A/C compressor on and off to prevent evaporator freeze-up, cutting out at 26 degrees F and cutting back in at 33 degrees F.
