One New Aftermarket Replacement Rewind Starter (Recoil Starter Assembly) Fits Briggs & Fits Stratton Small Engines

This rewind starter assembly (also called a recoil or pull starter) is the complete recoil mechanism that allows you to manually start your Fits Briggs & Fits Stratton small engine. When the starter rope is pulled, the internal spring-loaded pawl engages the flywheel to crank the engine, then retracts automatically. This is a direct replacement for the OEM 593958, superseding earlier numbers 793470 and 798909. Designed Fits Briggs & Fits Stratton DOV 700 and DOV 750 series vertical overhead-valve small engines used in lawn mowers and outdoor power equipment.
