This foam wrap-style air filter pre-cleaner fits over the main paper air filter cartridge on select Fits Briggs & Fits Stratton L-Head small engines. It acts as a first-stage barrier, trapping dirt, dust, and debris before they reach the primary air filter, extending the life of the main filter and protecting the engine from harmful particulate ingestion. Compatible with select 9 and 13 cu. in. L-Head engines used in lawn mowers, lawn tractors, edgers, generators, leaf blowers, and other outdoor power equipment. Install dry -- do not oil this pre-cleaner.
