This rear crankshaft wear sleeve installs over the crankshaft journal at the rear main seal location, restoring a smooth sealing surface when the original journal is worn or scored. It is used in conjunction with the rear crankshaft oil seal and is a critical component for eliminating rear main oil leaks on Cummins 4B, 4BT, 6B, 6BT, 6C, ISB, ISC, ISL, and QSB series diesel engines. Made from stainless steel for long-lasting wear resistance.
