One New Aftermarket Replacement Oil Filter for Nuffield / Leyland Tractors with BMC Engines
This oil filter element is a direct aftermarket replacement for the Vokes-type canister oil filter assembly fitted to Nuffield and Leyland tractors powered by BMC engines. It replaces OEM part number 17H1784 and is also sold under the product code A-17H1784. The filter seats in the Vokes (or Purolator) filter head -- verify that the name "Vokes" or "Purolator" is cast into your aluminum filter head before ordering. A replacement filter seal (part number 12A1591) is recommended when servicing.
