This compression ring (part number 102213) is a direct replacement component for the Dayco D165 series hydraulic hose crimper head assembly. The compression ring seats in the bottom flange alongside the pressure plate and die set during the crimping cycle, providing the structural support needed to consistently and accurately crimp hydraulic hose fittings. It is a critical wear component of the D165 crimper head assembly (102161).
