Terrible packaging

I received the product in a timely manner, when I opened up the insulated envelope, yes an envelope, the screen was mashed and badly misshapen and the some of the seam at the top of the screen had separated about 1/2” down. Have no clue why a part made out of screen would be shipped in a soft envelope package.
