This set is for the 8N. It has one battery to starter cable about 10 1/2 inch long in 2 gauge wire, and one ground strap about 11 inch long that bonds the battery to the tractor frame. The 7/16 inch figure is the terminal eyelet hole, not the wire diameter.
Made to fit Ford 8N tractors built from 1947 through 1952, which used a 6 volt positive ground system. The 9N and 2N use a different and longer battery cable and a shorter ground strap, so this exact set is for the 8N. The 11 inch ground strap is also cataloged for Ford NAA, 600, 700, 800 and 900 series.
