Each U-shaped bracket welds directly to the frame rail or bed rail and accepts a standard 2x4 wood or metal stud, making it simple to build solid sidewalls or cargo anchor points wherever you need them. The 3.5" interior width also serves as a channel for ropes, cargo straps, ratchet straps, cables, and transport binder chains.
