This single-speed hydraulic piston drive motor (Cat designation: Motor Gp-Piston) is a direct-fit aftermarket replacement for the Caterpillar 280-7864 / 2807864. It is a final drive component used in the hydrostatic drive system of Cat compact track loaders, providing wheel-end torque to propel the machine. No core exchange is required.
Important: Drive motors are installed by the OEM in pairs and are subject to equal wear. Replacing both motors at the same time is strongly recommended to avoid premature failure of the remaining unit.
