This aftermarket replacement transmission friction disc (Komatsu part number 23S-15-12730) is a heat-treated clutch disc used in the transmission assembly of Komatsu GD-series motor graders. It is a wear item in the transmission clutch pack and is replaced during transmission rebuilds and overhauls on these machines.
