One New Aftermarket Replacement Seal-Wiper for Caterpillar (Cat) Construction Equipment
This aftermarket replacement wiper seal fits the boom cylinder head on Caterpillar (Cat) hydraulic cylinders. Wiper seals mount on the outermost position of the cylinder head and scrape dirt, dust, and debris from the piston rod as it retracts, preventing contaminants from entering the cylinder assembly and protecting internal seals from premature wear. The 227-1150 is a Type B double lip wiper design, providing an additional sealing lip for enhanced contaminant exclusion compared to single-lip designs.
