One New Aftermarket Replacement Ripper Shank Protector for Caterpillar (Cat) Track-Type Tractors
This aftermarket replacement ripper shank protector (also known as a ripper wear guard or shank protector) fits Caterpillar's R500 ripper system and shields the lower portion of the ripper shank from abrasion and impact during ground-engaging work. It is a Ground Engaging Tool (G.E.T.) wear part used on large Cat track-type dozers equipped with single or multi-shank ripper attachments. Secured with a 6Y3909 pin and a 4T4707 retainer.
