This plow bolt (part number 198-71-21720) is used to secure cutting edges, end bits, and blade assemblies on Komatsu large crawler bulldozers. Plow bolts are a critical ground-engaging tool (G.E.T.) fastener -- they hold the replaceable wear components of the dozer blade to the blade structure and must be replaced regularly as part of routine blade maintenance.
