This aftermarket replacement sickle knife head fits Case IH 820 Series combine grain platforms and is compatible with 1-1/2" double-cut and 3" cut knife sections. The knife head connects the sickle bar to the drive mechanism on the cutterbar, transferring reciprocating motion to the sickle assembly during harvest. It is a direct replacement for OEM part number 197230C91.
