This exhaust port sleeve assembly seals the interface between the cylinder head exhaust port and the exhaust manifold on Caterpillar (Cat) heavy-duty diesel engines. Manufactured from stainless steel, it withstands extreme exhaust temperatures and helps maintain a leak-free exhaust seal. It is used in the exhaust manifold hardware assembly and is a direct bolt-in replacement for the OEM part.
