One New Aftermarket Replacement Blade Cap Shim Fits Caterpillar (Fits CAT) D-Series Crawler Dozers
This 0.8mm thick blade cap shim is used in the dozer blade ball pivot assembly on Fits Caterpillar (Fits CAT) D3K, D4K, and D5K crawler dozers. It fits between the trunnion cap bearing and the blade pivot housing, providing precise blade alignment and controlled preload at the main blade ball joint. Each machine requires 28 shims for a complete rebuild of the blade pivot assembly.
