This municipal-grade snow plow hitch assembly uses a Penn DOT-style coupling system, designed for heavy-duty highway and municipal plow trucks. The Penn DOT-style coupling provides a single-handle, hitch-side locking mechanism for fast, secure plow mounting and dismounting. A telescoping lift arm ensures level plow lift, and the cylinder can be quickly disconnected from the lift arm so both components fold flat when the plow is not in use. Steel components are primed and powder-coated for corrosion resistance. This is the 3-inch cylinder configuration.
