One New Aftermarket Replacement Blade Control Cable for MTD (Yard Machines) Walk-Behind Lawn Mowers
This blade control cable is the operator presence cable that stops the blade when the control handle is released on MTD walk-behind mowers. It connects the blade brake/clutch handle to the engine stop mechanism and is a common wear item on MTD 200, 400, and 500 Series mowers. Replacing a broken or kinked cable restores proper blade control and safety function. Fits models manufactured 2001-2010.
